Stoke on Trent City Council is seeking licensed operators to supply taxi, minibus and coach transportation for vulnerable children and adults with a range of disabilities and complex needs, some of whom may exhibit behaviours that challenge. Applicants may apply to be admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for any number of lots but will only be admitted if minimum standards are met. The DPS is intended to be in place for 8 years with two 12-month extension options, and the Council reserves the right to close the DPS early and retender if service requirements change or the DPS is no longer a suitable procurement mechanism.
