About

The UK PACT programme is seeking a supplier to deliver technical assistance to the Government of Pakistan to establish and operationalise a practical federal-provincial coordination and tracking mechanism for delivering Pakistan's NDC 3.0. The assignment will support the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination (MoCC&EC), the Pakistan Climate Change Authority (PCCA) and provincial governments to strengthen institutional coordination, improve monitoring and reporting of climate actions and investments, build government capacity, support mobilisation of climate finance and integrate Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations. Key expected outputs include a federal-provincial NDC coordination framework, a standardised NDC tracking and reporting framework, an interoperability pilot connecting existing government climate and public-sector data systems, operational support for a Tactical Climate Coordination Forum, and a sustainability and scale-up roadmap to strengthen implementation and reporting against national climate commitments.
