Tender: Supported Living Services – Oak Tree Rise, West Northamptonshire (8 Self-Contained Bungalows for People with Learning Disabilities and Autism)
Released 11 months ago
About
West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a provider to deliver supported living services at the Oak Tree Rise scheme, comprising eight self-contained bungalows designed to support people with learning disabilities and autism, the majority of whom have complex needs. The council is looking for organisations with a strong and demonstrable track record in delivering specialist support and managing the complexities associated with this type of service.
This opportunity is likely to be of interest to specialist supported-living providers experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism and in managing complex needs; key considerations include delivering tailored specialist support within a small, eight-bungalow scheme and clearly demonstrating prior experience managing complex cases.
