South Gloucestershire Council is seeking suppliers to deliver Housing Related Support Services for young people aged 16–25 across two supported housing contracts in Yate. Lot 1 (Woodleaze) is a scheme for up to 18 young people with higher levels of need, including care leavers and those who have experienced placement instability, exploitation, homelessness, trauma, offending behaviour or mental health challenges; the service must provide enhanced support and oversight to stabilise young people, reduce risk and prepare them to progress to lower supported accommodation and independent living. Lot 2 (Southwold House and Andrew Millman Court) is a scheme for up to 22 young people requiring moderate to lower levels of support, including younger residents taking first steps towards independent living who need help building practical life skills, confidence and resilience. Suppliers may bid for one or both Lots, though the Council prefers to award each Lot to different providers and asks bidders who apply for both to state a preferred Lot. Both contracts run for 5 years with a potential 2‑year extension (total up to 7 years) subject to continued need, satisfactory performance and availability of funding; the Woodleaze contract starts 1 April 2027 and the Southwold House and Andrew Millman Court contract starts 4 June 2027.
