Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a supplier for the supply of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, chargepoints and associated services on behalf of the Third Midlands Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Consortium (TMeviC). The procurement is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers standard 7 kW AC and fast 22 kW AC or DC chargepoint sockets required by all four consortium members (Lincolnshire County Council, Herefordshire County Council, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Telford & Wrekin Council), and Lot 2 covers rapid 49 kW AC or 50 kW DC chargepoint sockets required only by Lincolnshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council. The project aims to expand local residential charging infrastructure by increasing the number of electric vehicle chargepoints in areas with high dependence on on-street parking.
