About

East Durham College is seeking a supplier for up to three high-performing subcontract partners to deliver Adult Skills Fund (ASF) provision at Level 2 and above, with a clear focus on progression into sustained employment and higher-level learning. Provision must be delivered to adults aged 19+ who are resident within the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority, with delivery taking place in community, employer, or college venues while ensuring learner residency aligns with NECA postcode eligibility. The contract value is based on an 80/20 split with a maximum full contract value of £450,000; tenderers should bid for the amount they can effectively deliver within the contract requirements, and the College will determine the split of any contract award, which may be made incrementally across the academic year dependent on achievement of deliverables.
