About

Sport Wales is seeking a supplier for a modern, user-centred Human Resources platform to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to employment, development and workforce management. The solution must deliver a modern and intuitive user experience, provide genuine bilingual Welsh/English capability to meet Welsh Language Standards rather than machine-translation overlays, comply with accessibility legislation and WCAG requirements, reduce manual administration and duplication, improve reporting and workforce insight, integrate effectively with Sport Wales' wider digital ecosystem, and support future organisational growth and service improvement.
