About

Natural England is seeking a supplier to analyse soil samples collected across multiple sites and time points by its Long Term Monitoring Network using metabarcoding. The project requires delivery of raw and taxonomically assigned data on bacteria and fungi from the samples, along with accompanying metadata and reporting sufficient to ensure the analyses are fully repeatable. As the samples originate from a long-term monitoring programme, the work must aim to produce data comparable with previous metabarcoding analyses as detailed in the specification.
