About

East Sussex Fire Authority (ESFA) is seeking a supplier for the servicing, maintenance, repair and occasional full renewal of appliance bay doors at fire stations across East Sussex, together with similar doors on workshops and related structures, and a number of automated doors and barriers. The contract will support the Estates Department and covers routine maintenance, statutory servicing and ad-hoc repairs to appliance bay doors, other automated building doors and site access gates and barriers. The scope has been reduced under the Procurement Act 23 to encourage SME bids; total replacement of a single door following accident damage may occasionally be requested, while cyclical capital door replacements will be tendered separately in a future contract.
