Tender: Research on Tax Barriers and Opportunities to Improve Land Access for Tenant Farmers in Scotland
Released 10 days ago
About
Research is sought to improve understanding of the existing tax barriers and opportunities that affect access to land for the next generation of tenant farmers in Scotland, and to support a diverse, sustainable and productive tenant farming sector. The study will identify how tax can enable better land access and produce recommendations for the SLC to consider as part of wider work on creating new land opportunities for new entrants and the work of the Tenant Farming Commissioner.
