About

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking a supplier for refurbishment of the existing rooflights on the main roof structure at Lee Valley VeloPark, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Abercrombie Road, London, E20 3AB. The roof is a unique prefabricated cassette design fitted together over a cable-net structure below and is capable of flexing and moving in different weather scenarios. The roof contains 8 rows of rooflights running East to West and is now some 16 years old; the glazing appears intact but some rooflights are allowing water ingress through degraded pressure gaskets, so the remedial work is focused on addressing gasket performance.
