About

Medway Council is seeking a supplier for the refurbishment of the cabin at Eden House, a council-managed children's home in Upnor, to enhance the quality of care and expand services for children, particularly those with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The works must be carried out in accordance with the specifications in the drawings produced by HMY and the roofing report by Garland UK, which will form the basis for pricing and delivery; a pricing schedule is included in the project documentation to guide submissions and ensure consistency.
