About

The Authority is seeking a contractor for the refurbishment of Ben Lomond View, Pottery Street, Greenock PA15 2UZ, to prepare the property for use as the relocated Greenock Police Station; works must be completed by 30 April 2027. The existing Greenock Police Station, built c.1970, no longer meets the requirements of 21st century policing, so the Authority intends to exit the current station and relocate operations to the refurbished Ben Lomond View site, which the Authority is leasing from Riverside Inverclyde.
