University of Chester is seeking a supplier for lift maintenance services across its campuses via an Invitation to Tender (open procedure) following a Market Engagement stage. The university plans to award one contract to cover the co-ordination, management, administration and completion of lift maintenance work; future lift installation works are explicitly excluded from this tender. All maintenance must be delivered to SFG20 requirements, and the administration and management of these tasks must be carried out using the university's CAFM software Q2 from Quantarc.
