About
National Grid is seeking suppliers for a Qualifying Utilities Dynamic Market (QUDM) to deliver property refurbishment, construction and maintenance (PRCM) services across its operational, corporate and specialist estate throughout England and Wales. The QUDM will support refurbishment, construction, maintenance, compliance, wellbeing and estate improvement projects for a wide range of National Grid property types including offices, operational sites, stores, depots, workshops, welfare facilities, training centres, control facilities, substation ancillary buildings and other operational estate infrastructure. Requirements will cover National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET), National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) and National Grid Ventures (NGV), and the authority reserves the right for other National Grid group companies to procure via the QUDM; no minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Once established, the QUDM may be used to procure and establish the PRCM Framework as National Grid’s principal route to market for these services.
