BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) is seeking supplier engagement to gather market views on the supply of postal envelopes for Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS). Interested suppliers are asked to complete a questionnaire and submit responses via the eTendersNI secure messaging area of this CfT by 15:00 on Friday 4 September 2026; all correspondence relating to this Pre‑Market Engagement will be communicated via that secure area. This is a Pre‑Market Engagement notice to obtain market feedback and any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in or award any future tendering exercise.

This could be ideal for suppliers of printed envelopes, commercial printers and postal/courier service providers with experience supplying public sector organisations. Key considerations: responses must be submitted through the eTendersNI secure messaging area by 15:00 on 4 September 2026; the exercise is market engagement only and does not guarantee a future procurement; the requirement is for goods and is listed as a public contract under an open/competitive flexible procedure.
