About

The Authority is seeking a supplier to design and develop a system to support young people across England with access to a secure, portable digital record of their character, achievements and skills, enabling smoother transitions between education, training and employment. This notice is a pre-market engagement and does not constitute a call for competition or commit the Authority to commence a formal procurement; the estimated value is shown as under £10k solely due to system constraints and the Authority has not determined the actual value. Start and end dates were populated as mandatory fields but are not confirmed and should not be relied upon.
