Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking a supplier for a framework to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building services across its 33,000‑acre farm estate, which comprises approximately 257 holdings occupied by 183 tenants, 134 dwellings and over 450 buildings. The framework is divided into three lots that contractors may elect to apply for: Lot 1 – General Building Services (including windows/doors and drain services), Lot 2 – Electrical Services, and Lot 3 – Roller Shutter Door services (repair, maintenance, servicing and replacement). The scope covers small planned and reactive works up to £5,000 (examples include plumbing repairs such as leaks or boiler breakdowns, electrical faults like plug or light socket replacement and diagnostic fault finding, and minor building repairs such as small roof leaks and rainwater goods repair/replacement). Some less frequently used, specialist or higher‑value projects will be procured separately. Contractors are required to provide weekday (Monday–Friday) breakdown and emergency call‑out services to attend any premises in the portfolio when requested by the Contract Administrator.
