The contract covers design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, operator training, warranty support and all documentation to place the equipment into full operational service; the system must simulate larger industrial spray drying processes and produce dust-free agglomerated powder products suitable for research, development and validation, and must comply with all relevant UK legislation, safety requirements and industry standards. The estimated value is between £300,000 and £320,000 for the full term of the contract (guidance only) and bidders should submit competitive bids based on market prices.
