About

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking a provider to deliver regular, personalised employment support and employer engagement for refugees and people seeking asylum (with the right to work) across Greater Manchester. The contract will address an identified gap in specialist personalised employment support and employer liaison as highlighted by the Refugee Welcome Programme (RWP), and GMCA will award to either a single provider or a consortium with a single lead partner (lead applicant details must be provided). GMCA also proposes to undertake market engagement to inform bidders of the project's vision and objectives.
