Tender: PEACEPLUS Sustaining Cross Community Relations Programme – Seven DEA Projects (NMDDC)
Released 4 months ago
About
NMDDC is seeking a supplier to deliver seven standalone cross-community projects, one in each District Electoral Area (DEA), as part of the PEACEPLUS Sustaining Cross Community Relations Programme under Strand 2 – Thriving and Peaceful Communities. The programme will engage individuals and communities who have been less involved in peacebuilding—particularly those living in or affected by contested spaces—using structured contact, facilitated dialogue and capacity building to strengthen relationships, empower communities and support development of shared local visions. The work will help remove psychological and physical barriers, promote long-term reconciliation, identify key community issues, create safe opportunities for dialogue and address behaviours or tensions that may exclude or intimidate people based on religion, race or other identity factors.
