Oxfordshire County Council is seeking information from organisations on their capability and capacity to deliver a countywide Housing and Health Single Point of Contact service. The Council is considering future commissioning of a successor to the current Better Housing Better Health service, which provides telephone and online advice, Warm and Well assessments, targeted home visits, practical support, casework, onward referral, partner training and outreach. The service supports residents affected by fuel poverty, energy affordability, cold or overheating, damp and mould, poor ventilation and other housing-related health concerns. The Council is using this questionnaire as an early, non-binding market engagement exercise to understand market interest and inform its procurement strategy and service model; it is not a call for competition or an invitation to tender and no decision has been made about procurement route or future provider.
