CAFRE (the Buyer) is seeking a supplier to deliver operational, administrative and logistical support for Innovation Farm visits delivered through the Sustainable Agricultural Programme (SAP) for DAERA's Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Policy Branch. The contract covers support to the delivery of Innovation Farm visits but does not include responsibility for farm selection, technical content or policy alignment, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer. The contract will commence on award for 3 years with one option to extend for 2 years and is being procured as a public, open/competitive flexible procedure under a light-touch special regime.

This is relevant to suppliers able to provide event and visit logistics, administration and operational support for agricultural farm visits and training activities (see CPV codes for administration and training services). Key considerations: the supplier will not be responsible for farm selection, technical content or policy alignment and must coordinate with the Buyer; the procurement is a public open/competitive flexible process under a light-touch special regime and the contract term is 3 years with a 2-year extension option.
