Released about 1 month ago
About
Nottingham City Council is seeking suppliers to establish an open, multi-supplier framework for Homelessness Prevention Services divided into two Lots: Lot 1 - Accommodation Based Services providing accommodation, housing management and housing-related support (including emergency/immediate access, temporary with support, supported, specialist, intermediate/move-on and housing-led accommodation), and Lot 2 - Community Based Services providing housing-related advice, outreach, prevention, resettlement or sustainment support outside provider-owned accommodation (including universal advice, targeted early intervention, tenancy sustainment, housing options and resettlement, outreach and rough sleeping prevention and specialist pathway coordination). The procurement is a light-touch special regime using the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, will appoint one or more framework members per Lot with subsequent call-off contracts, includes staged pass/fail qualification and quality checks, considers SME access measures, allows the Authority to re-open the framework to new suppliers, requires lawful and ethical sourcing of accommodation, and includes indicative framework terms totalling up to eight years (initial term anticipated 8 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 with a possible further term to 31 December 2034), with potential transfer or novation of agreements if local government reorganisation occurs.
