About

Jersey Airport is seeking a specialist consultant to establish a proportionate energy and carbon baseline and confirm the residual Scope 1 and 2 emissions gap (including the long-term route away from HVO), assess energy efficiency and building performance opportunities across HVAC, controls, BMS, lighting, motors, pumps, fabric and operational optimisation, develop a practical vehicle electrification strategy with charging and infrastructure plans for the operational fleet, assess technically and commercially viable on-site renewable energy generation (with a focus on solar PV), storage and demand management across the estate, produce a prioritised, costed investment roadmap to 2030 and beyond including planned maintenance, and transfer knowledge, tools and models so PoJ’s internal teams can maintain and build on the roadmap after the commission ends.
