The Minor Adaptations Partnership (MAP) is seeking a supplier to deliver minor home adaptations that promote wellbeing, prevention, co-production, voice and control, and early intervention under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and to support integration and long-term sustainability under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015. Work includes installation of handrails (various sizes and materials), stair rails, doorsteps, key safes and bathroom adaptations to help individuals remain safely in their own homes and communities and reduce the need for escalating health and care interventions.
