The National Gallery is seeking a supplier for an advanced, multi-channel marketing automation platform to improve engagement and deliver significant income uplift by intelligently leveraging existing CRM data and responding dynamically to customer behaviours to create personalised, persuasive and timely journeys. The platform must enhance and support the Gallery’s existing tech stack, offer an off-the-shelf integration with the Tessitura database or have Tessitura on its roadmap to launch within the next 4–5 months at a satisfactory phase, and either provide a direct integration with the current e-commerce setup or equivalent solutions to leverage e-commerce customer/shop-front data and bridge gaps between disparate systems while accommodating future e-commerce changes. The supplier must be able to expedite and support migration onto their system within a 4–5 month window, delivering a customised, comprehensive implementation programme and a sustained level of service to ensure short- and mid-term success.
