Kent Fire and Rescue Service is seeking supplier information on a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to support planning, management, oversight and reporting of projects and programmes across the organisation. KFRS is open to different solution and delivery models, including established Software as a Service (SaaS) products and Microsoft/Power Platform-based solutions, but is only seeking responses for solutions currently available through an existing Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly CCS) framework; suppliers should identify the relevant framework, Lot and service/solution listing. This preliminary market engagement is a short, proportionate exercise (not a competitive procurement) to understand which solutions sit within the stated affordability envelope, how products broadly align with KFRS functional and technical requirements, the available solution and service models and respective responsibilities, indicative licensing, implementation, support and ongoing configuration/development costs, the extent of organisational data control and portability, and any market observations that could help refine requirements. Suppliers are asked to provide brief, high-level responses and constructive feedback rather than detailed line-by-line requirement completions.
