The Growth Company is seeking a supplier for the Lead Provider role to deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services as part of the Connect to Work programme across the full West Yorkshire geography (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield). Expressions of Interest are invited from locally embedded providers with recent experience delivering IPS services (or similar) who can demonstrate knowledge and experience of working within, or aligned to, the Fidelity Model and who can deliver at scale in one or more West Yorkshire local authority areas. Connect to Work aims nationally to support 100,000 disabled people, people with health conditions and those with complex barriers to move into and progress in work; the WYCA programme will provide support for 9,276 West Yorkshire residents between September 2026 and March 2030. The voluntary programme, funded by WYCA via a Grant Funding Agreement with the Department for Work and Pensions, will support people with a physical or mental health disability (as defined by the Equality Act 2010 or the Social Model of Disability) and other disadvantaged groups, including two participant cohorts: out-of-work people needing help to move into employment and in-work people off sick or struggling in the workplace due to disability, health conditions or disadvantage. The deadline for EOI submission is 16:00pm on Friday 26th June 2026.

This opportunity is likely to suit locally embedded employment support providers with recent IPS experience and capacity to operate across multiple local authorities; key considerations are demonstrating Fidelity Model alignment, capacity to reach the programme target of 9,276 residents across five areas between Sept 2026–Mar 2030, and experience supporting people with complex health and disadvantage barriers.
