Medway Council is seeking an experienced provider to supply one Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to support domestic abuse survivors in Medway who have additional needs and vulnerabilities. The council invites contractors to submit a quotation against the Invitation to Quote specification, which sets out the overall service model, specific service requirements, how eligible people will be identified, the expected outcomes from the service and how those outcomes will be measured. The service aims to increase support available in Medway and reach people with additional vulnerabilities who are often excluded from services.
