About

A Dynamic Purchasing System is seeking suppliers to provide support services for working-age adults (aged 16 and over) with disabilities and/or long-term health conditions who live within the Sheffield boundary, enabling people to obtain support within the home and/or activities and support outside the home. The DPS contract runs from 27 March 2023 to 26 March 2033.

Insight

This could be valuable for home care and community support providers operating in Sheffield who can serve working-age adults (16+) with disabilities and long-term health conditions. Key considerations include the ability to deliver both in-home and outside-home support across the Sheffield boundary and to sustain service delivery throughout the contract period (27 March 2023–26 March 2033).
