Hastings Borough Council is seeking a Provider to deliver street outreach and proactive move-on support under the Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Programme, working in partnership with all other District and Borough Authorities in East Sussex. The programme will respond to rough sleeping demand by providing a range of housing support services focused on moving clients off the street and into accommodation, with a greater emphasis on long-term prevention through strengthened partnership working and contributions to systems change. The Council and the contract Provider will also partner with health, criminal justice and social care services to provide holistic support to people rough sleeping who are experiencing multiple disadvantages. Services are funded by grant funding estimated at £890,750.00 (including VAT) per annum; this figure is subject to confirmation and the Council reserves the right to modify the scope or term of service to align with available grant funding.
