Tender: Grass Cutting and Sports Pitch Maintenance – Lancing Parish Council (5-year contract)
Released about 2 months ago
About
Lancing Parish Council is seeking a supplier for grass cutting and sports pitch maintenance across several recreation sites in Lancing. Work includes grass cutting at Lancing Beach Green and Lawns, Monks Recreation Ground, Croshaw Recreation Ground (except for the football pitch) and East Lancing Recreation Ground (except environmental areas), plus pitch maintenance at Monks Recreation Ground (2 adult pitches and 3 junior pitches) and East Lancing (1 adult pitch). This is a five year tender. Tenders should be sent to [email protected] or by post to Lancing Parish Council, 96-98 South Street, Lancing BN15 8AJ.
This opportunity could suit local grounds maintenance contractors and sports-turf specialists able to manage multi-site grass cutting and ongoing pitch care over a five-year contract; key considerations include capacity to service multiple sites, maintaining both adult and junior pitches, and managing areas excluded from the contract (Croshaw football pitch and environmental areas at East Lancing).
