The City is seeking a supplier for the GLA London Talent Pathways project to deliver vocational training for London residents aged 19+ to help them gain skills for priority jobs in key sectors. This Mayor of London–led funding initiative combines ASF and Free Courses for Jobs (FCfJ) funding to support vocational training that addresses skills shortages, supports under‑represented groups, and links training directly to employer needs. Contract opportunities are available for up to two tenderers, with initial funding running until March 2028 and an optional third year to March 2029 dependent on delivery quality and performance. Each successful bidder may receive up to £80,000, with a potential additional £20,000 subject to agreement and successful delivery. Payments are monthly and contingent on validation and quality assurance of evidence (including enrolment, progression and completion); the successful tenderer must submit monthly returns by the last day of each month. Tender submissions must include planned learner numbers, course durations (maximum 12 months), and estimated costings to maximise the available funding, and all learning must be completed before the end of March 2028.
