About

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified coordinator for the Four Lanterns Network, one of six UK-wide partnerships in Art Fund’s Going Places programme. The coordinator will provide strategic, administrative and operational coordination across four partner organisations—Tŷ Pawb (Wrexham), William Morris Gallery (London Borough of Waltham Forest), Dovecot Studios (Edinburgh) and Blackwell – The Arts & Crafts House (Cumbria)—to support delivery of touring exhibitions and associated engagement programmes between January 2027 and September 2029, ensuring effective communication, reporting, financial monitoring, environmental monitoring and collaborative working. Wrexham County Borough Council is the Contracting Authority for this procurement. Going Places is supported by Art Fund with major support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and The Julia Rausing Trust, additional support from a group of trusts, foundations and individuals, and direct support for the Four Lanterns Network from the Woven Foundation.
