The Growth Company is seeking local partners for its bid to Liverpool City Region Combined Authority to deliver Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) provision as part of the national Connect to Work programme, which aims to help 100,000 disabled people, people with health conditions and those with complex barriers into work. LCRCA intends to commission a single contractor to plan, mobilise and deliver high-fidelity supported employment across the Liverpool City Region, and The Growth Company is inviting locally embedded providers able to deliver a proportion of this service in one or more Local Authority areas within LCR. EOI submissions must be made via the Panacea supplier portal by 17:00pm on Wednesday 13th May 2026.

This could be ideal for locally embedded supported employment providers with experience in SEQF delivery or working with disabled people and those with complex barriers; key considerations include the need to coordinate delivery across one or more LCR local authority areas and to meet high-fidelity supported employment standards while operating alongside a lead contractor.
