Worcestershire is seeking a supplier for the expansion and strengthening of its Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies programme from April 2026 to March 2029. The procurement aims to align the local Family Hubs offer with updated national guidance so health, education, early years, parenting and community support are brought together to help families access support earlier, more easily and in trusted local places; the programme emphasises early identification, prevention and reducing inequalities, and provides a universal offer from conception to age 19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities) while prioritising babies and young children. This procurement is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers Bromsgrove, Redditch, Wyre Forest, Great Witley and Tenbury Wells, and Lot 2 covers Worcester City, Wychavon and Malvern Hills (excluding Great Witley and Tenbury Wells). Full requirement details are in Appendix 1a (Lot 1) and Appendix 1b (Lot 2).
