About

Acacia Centre seeks a contractor for emergency roofing works in Mitcham to address historic water ingress. The scope includes overlaying the existing roof with a new plywood deck to allow application of a continuous high-performance liquid waterproofing system and installing PIR insulation to meet current Building Regulations. The building, constructed from modular units in 2012 with GLA grant funding, houses a nursery, community groups, a local midwifery team and social services; the contractor will be expected to liaise daily with the centre manager and caretaker to keep disruption to services to a minimum.
