Providers are invited to apply to join a Dynamic Purchasing System to support placement of learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEN/D) at independent and non‑maintained schools and special pre‑ and post‑16 organisations. Successful applicants will be awarded a position on the DPS and, if successful in subsequent Contract Opportunity Award processes, will be responsible for providing the service directly to the learner. This DPS replaces the existing SEN Placements DPS (TD1306); all activity under TD1306 will cease on 31 October 2023, though already agreed Individual Placement Agreements will continue. Existing providers on TD1306 must apply for admission to TD1941 to access new contract opportunities beyond 31 October 2023.
