About

Brent Council is seeking two experienced contractors to carry out disabled facilities adaptations for council tenants throughout the Borough of Brent. The procurement is for the adaptation works only; design, project management and inspection of the adaptation projects will be carried out by the Council’s Surveyors. The Council intends to set up a framework with two contractors to deliver the works for a maximum period of four years, subject to satisfactory performance.

Insight

This opportunity will be valuable to contractors with proven experience delivering disabled adaptations and the capacity to work across the Borough of Brent; key considerations include coordinating closely with the Council’s Surveyors (who handle design, management and inspection) and meeting the framework’s performance requirements over the up-to-four-year term.
