About

CivTech is seeking a supplier for digital technologies that help people living with substance use issues (and their families and friends) in Scotland to easily connect with trusted help and substance use support when services are unavailable. The solution should address a fragmented, hard-to-navigate and locality-varying support landscape so people can access the right support sooner regardless of location or time, harness existing trusted services, family and community to reduce avoidable demand on emergency and NHS services, and — if possible — create a feedback loop of learning, intelligence and insight to enable continual improvement in early intervention and widening an individual’s ‘circle of support’ in line with Scotland’s Alcohol & Drugs Strategic Plan 2026–2035.
