DFI is seeking a supplier to act as the new operator for the Gaol Visitor Attraction and Conference Centre at Crumlin Road Gaol. This pre-market engagement requires interested suppliers to download the questionnaire from the Tender documents in eTendersNI, complete it and upload it via the eTendersNI messaging function by 3pm on Monday 15 June 2026; clarifications may also be submitted through the messaging function before the closing date. The opportunity is a public, special regime concession contract for services covering visitor attraction, museum and event services and related business services under an open/competitive flexible procedure.

This could be ideal for experienced museum, heritage and event operators or conference venue managers with experience running visitor attractions under concession arrangements. Key considerations: it is a pre-market engagement with a strict questionnaire submission deadline (3pm, 15 June 2026), all submissions and clarifications must be made via eTendersNI messaging, and the contract is a special regime concession contract subject to public procurement procedures.
