Cardiff Community Housing Association is seeking a supplier for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of vertical transportation (lift) systems at Avondale Court, Galleon Way Flats and Selwyn Morris Court, offered as three separate lots where bidders may tender for one, two or all three lots; each lot will be priced and evaluated independently. Submissions must provide fully inclusive total prices per lot with a breakdown by site, identify any shared costs or efficiencies, include a project method statement, programme and resource plan, and supply health & safety documentation including risk assessments, COSHH, company H&S policy and three years of RIDDOR statistics. Tenders will be evaluated on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender basis with quality and price weighted 50% each, quality covering technical compliance with the Specification, methodology, delivery, experience and H&S; installations must meet Lifts Regulations 2016, BS EN 81-20 and BS EN 81-50 and the performance criteria of CIBSE Guide D. The Specification was prepared by TÜV SÜD LCC as Technical Advisor and the procurement is managed via Sell2Wales; site surveys are mandatory, the submission deadline is listed as TBC at 12:00 and the tender period is anticipated to be approximately four weeks. No post-tender qualifications will be accepted and tenderers must not alter the Specification wording; the likely form of contract will be MF1 Rev 6 or Rev 7.
