The Council is seeking a supplier to design, organise and deliver Christmas Lights Switch-On events across four urban locations (Portadown, Lurgan, Dromore and Banbridge), Georgian Festival Sunday in Armagh and the Craigavon event in Brownlow (Lot 1), and events in seven rural locations (Lot 2). Suitably experienced and specialist events management providers may submit a bid for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both; the project may be delivered in its entirety or via individual lots, and bidders must clearly indicate which lot(s) they are pricing in their submission.

This tender is suited to specialist events management and festival organisers with experience in Christmas lights switch-on and festival delivery (CPV 79952000, 79953000). Key considerations include the option to bid for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both and the need to clarify in the tender which lot(s) are being priced.
