Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking a supplier for the design and delivery of the RESTART Futureproof youth engagement programme, part of the RESTART PEACEPLUS project. RESTART is an investment of €8.4 million under Investment Area 4.2 – Rural Regeneration and Social Inclusion of the PEACEPLUS programme, supported by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project will deliver strategic youth-focused activity in the towns of Newtownbutler, Clones and Belturbet and covers services related to youth associations, youth education, operation of educational centres, vocational and technical training, management training, social work and other community services as referenced by the CPV codes. The procurement is an Open/Competitive Flexible public contract with qualification, technical and financial envelope submissions.

This opportunity may be well suited to organisations with experience in youth education, vocational/training delivery, community or social services (matching the listed CPV codes). Key considerations include delivering across multiple rural towns (Newtownbutler, Clones, Belturbet), aligning activities with PEACEPLUS objectives managed by SEUPB, and meeting the requirements of an Open/Competitive Flexible public procurement with separate qualification, technical and financial envelopes.
