Newry Mourne and Down District Council is seeking a supplier to design, develop and deliver a shared history and culture programme: a cross-community arts project engaging minority participants to explore Northern Ireland's mental health care history using the Downshire Hospital and Down County Museum collections as inspiration. Through inclusive workshops participants will reflect creatively on personal and shared experiences, with the work culminating in an exhibition at Down County Museum.

This opportunity is aimed at competent consultancy companies able to plan and deliver cross-community arts and shared-history programmes that engage minority participants and produce a public museum exhibition; key considerations include working sensitively with participants on the subject of mental health care history and effectively using the Downshire Hospital and Down County Museum collections for the exhibition.
