Tender: Design and Build Social and Mixed‑Tenure Housing on Developer‑Provided Land — Westbank Derry

About

Apex is seeking developers to provide land and deliver design-and-build social housing schemes in the Westbank Derry area under individual development contracts, working to the DfC Housing Association Guide, the Employers Design Brief and statutory body requirements. Apex will consider mixed-tenure developments where some homes are social housing and others are affordable standard homes; each site must provide a minimum of 10 units and proposals must include a range of house types with an assumed 10% of units as standard wheelchair accommodation. The estimated value is indicative only — final contract value will depend on the site tendered, achievable development capacity, the final approved housing mix and the tendered development price per unit, and no minimum contract value is guaranteed.
