Tender: Design Agency Services for PPF – 3 to 5 Year Print and Digital Communications Contract

About

PPF is seeking a supplier for a single-service provider to deliver design agency services over an initial three-year term with optional extensions to a maximum of five years. The appointed agency will provide design, production and project management across print and digital communications, including photographic imagery and collateral to support social media campaigns, and must work within the PPF's current brand and design guidelines (with no significant overhaul planned but a possible gentle evolution over three years). The total estimated contract value is between £1,400,000 and £1,600,000 including VAT over the maximum five-year term; the PPF notes requirements may evolve during the contract which could lead to additional services and price revisions, and a major rebranding could necessitate an amendment to the contract value though this is not currently predictable.
