Denbighshire County Council is seeking suppliers to a framework agreement for day-to-day reactive and associated general minor building, electrical and mechanical maintenance for the Council's non-domestic public buildings. The framework is divided into six lots: Lot 1 Reactive & associated general building works for North Denbighshire; Lot 2 Reactive & associated general building works for South Denbighshire; Lot 3 Reactive & general minor electrical services maintenance works for North Denbighshire; Lot 4 Reactive & general minor electrical services maintenance works for South Denbighshire; Lot 5 Reactive & general minor mechanical maintenance works for North Denbighshire; and Lot 6 Reactive & general minor mechanical maintenance works for South Denbighshire. Tenders will be evaluated on a 70% Price / 30% Quality basis, Welsh-language submissions are accepted and will be treated no less favourably than English, the published lot values are estimates over the life of the framework, the total estimated value over the duration is £6m (correcting an earlier £8m notice), and bidders may bid for all six lots if they meet the specification.
