About

YH-RFCA is seeking architectural and project delivery services for the demolition and site restoration of cadet huts and a shooting range at Immingham. Work includes removal of existing buildings and the shooting range, separation of services within the compound as agreed with the Client, restoration of grounds (the Client will accept the existing compacted gravel in situ though additional materials may be required for the shooting range), full removal of all waste, and consideration of net zero commitments. Proposals must address site constraints such as H&S awareness of HGV movements on the Pelham Road Lorry Park and the need for noise and dust suppression at nearby residential properties, and should reflect appropriate demolition contractor arrangements.
